94 Q45 Ecu

I have a 94 Q45 with a manufacture date of 3/93 and I was looking to find an ECU for this car. Will a 94-95 ECU work for this car or do I need something different.

There are multiple ecu for each year : your 1994 may have one of 16 diffferent ecu. Getting the correct one is Extremely important!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Federal vs CaliforniathenStandard ActiveTCSActive and TCS together

there are two manufacturers: NMC Federal version [23710-68U-XX] XX= 00,05,10,15 NMC California [23710-63U-XX] XX=00.05,10,15

JECS Federal A18-B16P -78,79,80,81

JECS California A18-B20P- 82,83,84,85

Do not mix ecu with different equipment as wierd problems will occur. for example the TCS has an extra [3rd] coolant sensor and the ecu will fault without signal.
