CD Changer was the only way, 6 or 10 disc.

Also, qsiguy makes an adapter harness which plugs into the back of your Bose and lets you use all portable devices- Ipod, MP3, etc.. Sort of makes the CD player unneeded.

You know what, I just got to thinking about that. I got this Q from Keith (Rex) and it had that in there when I got the car. I need to find that and buy me a Zune or something. Thanks guys.

You can swap in a "newer" Nissan/Bose In Dash HU that also has the ability to use the Aux in.

Look for ones that have single and a changer button.
