I haven't been able to find any posts about this (still learning to navigate)

My master control (center consol) will not control the rear passenger window or door lock. Also when I remotely able/disable the door locks this door is unresponsive and the park lights no longer blink.

The window still operates from the switch on that door, but it has to be locked/unlocked manually.

I have taken the entire console and door apart looking for a frayed wire/short, anything to no avail.

Not a major issue; just one of those ticks that you like to have work.

Should have run across a local control unit for that door.

Got FSM? Look at EL 115, EL 103, and EL 76.

If by local you mean in the door, there is a control unit in the door, which seems to work due to the fact that it still operates the window.

Perhaps it is the signal to this that is not being received. I'll check it as soon as my FSM arrives from Jeff. Thanks for the info.

You MUST follow the FSM troubleshooting diagrams to have any hope of finding the problem component. This system is 'digital' and the Body Control Module (up by the brake pedal) receives a 'switch close' signal from you moving a switch, then sends a didital signal (a series of pulses) that ONLY the selected door 'module' hears--that local module 'wakes-up' and executes the requested action, then 'goes back to sleep'. The fact the window works with local switch rules out the local computer relays and the window motor (and the local switch). Everything else is still potentially at fault--from the key-lock position sensor in the driver's door to and including the local door module. Have fun. It is HIGHLY unlikely to be the console switch. The Master Junction burried up in the right front firewall is a lilkely culprit.

I had the exact same problem with my passenger front door on my 94 Q45t. Last week I Replaced the power window amplifier in the door and all is perfect again.

Ditto. Had the problem on the passenger rear door and the amplifier was the problem. Also, make sure all contacts are clean when you connect the amp.

Eureka! That was it. I have to post this response (little late) because my wife cannot appreciate why I would spend $50 to make the door lock automatically, make the window work from the driver console, And see the park lights blink to let you know that all is well - But you guys do. Thanks for the feedback!

I know I am late, but the part number for the amplifier assembly, at least for the right front door is #25414-67U00, it cost me about $160 from the dealer. Ouch. But at least it all works now.
