Check all the fuses. 1994-1996 Q45's have a Body Control Module where as 1990-1993 Q45's do not, almost everything electrical is routed though it.

Plus I am pretty sure you 94-96 guys can check the BCM functions with some tests shown in the service manual: http://Nicoclub.com/FSM
