94 q heater control lights out

Has anyone had this problem. I like to be able to see what i,m doing at night . The lights just stopped working on the hvac control part only. I haven't dug into the dash yet. found manix thread on how to take apart the dash great write up thanks. Just wondering if anyone has played with this before. Thanks Guy,s without this site q45 would surly die.

Just burnt out bulbs... there are about 6 of them back there. I would order a full set from IOS (www.everythinginfiniti.com) before you tear down the dash so you only have to do it once. Or you can sometimes get replacement bulbs from Radio Shack and thread them into the bases if you want to go that route.

Does the climate control unit in a 1991 show the temp? Mine is black or shows nothing.

awesome help and this site is terrific. My 91 Q has 74K on it and I've got the Bose working again with a number of other repairs. I've slapped some Michelins on it and waxed it like crazy. She looks and runs like a thoroughbred.

You can use replacement bulb # 7219. Same bulb use in window and door switches. Carefully remove the filter caps and reuse again.
