1994 Nissan Pickup 2.4L 5-speed manual. I have full power to the dash and fuel pump engages, but nothing else... not even a click. By passed the Clutch switch (neutral position switch)... nothing. Checked the voltage from black to green wire on the clutch switch while trying start... voltage registered 12V+.

What voltages should I check for next?

I do not know where the starter is located, but I do know how to check the voltage for it.

Thanks for any help,Logic Girl

There is a blue relay by the battery which is a double relay and has 2 connectors going to it. When holding the key in start position tap the relay with a wrench or screw driver handle. If it starts replace the relay. The starter is under the intake man. at the back of the engine. You can follow the Positive battery cable down to it. If tapping the relay fails try doing the same to the starter with along pry bar or tire iron again holding the key in the start position. At times you get a bad connection inside the relay or starter do to constant arching of the contacts in them. If it starts replace the starter.

I'm so greatful for your advise and that it was not the starter. The starter is in a very tight position.... hope I do not have any problems with it anytime soon.
