94 maxima v6 sohc turn over but wont run

ive been trying to figure out this car its a 94 maxima v6 3.0 single overhead cam, sometimes it will just turn over and not crank, this isnt all the time though, it has spark and you can hear the fuel pump cycle and also smell gas under the hood, it didnt throw a cel till yesterday but i havent had a chance to check what it says but i'm starting to think its a crank sensor? any input will help thanks

What about the MAF sensor?

its throwing a knock sensor code and a coolant temptemperature sensor circuit code if that helps
