94 max fan wiring diagram

The search button has failed me. Anyone know what each of the 8 wires are on a 94 maxima fan? I was assuming 4 were grounds. Which which is which. I had them wired up in a way that worked, but the fans died...so I'm looking for the correct way. Thanks.

For the VG or the VE engine?

aren't they the same? I believe these fans are from a VE. (dohc) Heck if I know really. I just know it is the 94 and older maxima and that the fans fit on my pathfinder like a glove.

Well, I dunno if I'm right on this one or not. But I tested each of the pair of wires going to the motor to see which was pos or neg by checking which way the fan would spin. So by function are these wires supposed to be in parallel for high setting (blows really fricken hard) and just one side for low?
