The Infiniti Online Mechanic forum gets frequented mostly by Q45 owners most of whom know little about the J30. On the Q45 you can get to 3 of the 8 injectors without removing the intake plenum but I'm not sure about the J. You might post the same question on the J30 Forum. Do a search (plenum removal) in the same forum and I bet you'll get a few hits. Good luck.

If you want to keep the car awhile and do it proper then remove the plenum and intake. Depending on the injector there is a method to change out the injectors using a dremel to kind of bore into the side of the intake or plenum. The only drawback is if you or the mechanic miscalculates just by bit your looking at forking out some major cash for a new intake/plenum.
