My truck (ka24e) eats up oil, theres something wrong internally, I need a rebuild OR a new block. I also want to get a bit more out of my engine while maintaining the high low end torque. I have a delivery job in San Francisco and need some cash to spend on suspension upgrades later on as well. How can I acheive my goal with the least cost? High Compression? Will my truck be reliable at 10.5:1 at the 89mm stock bore? If I get hi-comp will I need to upgrade other systems? I am in need of help...

as for your lost cost options.. just find used, reliable sources and that should save you alot of money on that topic.
