94' G50 electrical problems

I have a 1994 q45. The front passenger and rear driverside p/w and locks wont work with the main center switches. These windows will work with their door switches. The locks wont lock/unlock with the keyless entry remote(the parking lights wont blink either). Also the front passenger power seats wont work at all. Any ideas??..any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Follow the FSM proceedure to diagnose the multiplex data transport system.

Was anything spilled into the center console area?
