Hi, My name is Richard Harris, I'm the producer for a new TV show called Street Vision Garage.

We just finished a big build out on a 94 240 to a JDM/Show/Drift?race car.

with a turbo- 500 HP KA motor and over $40,000 of NISNO/JDM and aftermarket parts this car is one to see.

(Widebody, Rollcage, 5 monitors, 4 10in subs, Apexi N1 Coilovers and an S-13 conversion front)

The car is currently listed on Ebay under 240sx

You can also see a cut of the show and maybe get some cool ideas for your next project or buy ours

Richard,

Welcome to NICO. We're honored that you checked in with us here on the only 240sx convertible site on the internet!

Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful car with us! I am especially impressed with rollbar and the silvia front end. Very nice!

I can't wait to see the show. Can you find some show times for us? I went to the website, the schedule link wasn't up yet.

Is it true that all proceeds will be going to charity?

If there's anything we can do for you, please let me know.

i agree about the hood and the wing. would ditch those seats too.

but i like the wheels even though they could use some more lip in the back side.

I don't know what the reserve price is for that car, but I don't believe you'll meet it.

I like the front end. And the color. And that's about it.

I guess I wouldn't be alpha if I didn't add my bit of hate...

First off, welcome and Kudo's to the hard work on the vert. Honestly, even if the car is "off" from my point of view (or others as you see here) at least you gave us vert lovers coverage! For that - applause. Ok, now for my "who cares anyway, it's your money and your car and I'm a hater" opinion:

What I like:1. Color - dare I say, wannabe shift_oversteer? 2. Turbo KA? woot!3. er...the 40k of "nisno" parts. Whatever they are.4. Super Clean execution (from the limited pic I see).5. Nos? Those better be hooked up.

What I don't like:1. Rollcage - is that for the monitors?2. Wheels - motegi touges. Not feeling it. I like the chrome one's on Ka-Te's ride b/c she is a chick, and I am forgiving. No, j/k - the chrome ones are decent.3. Everthing about the interior - especially the silly seat color.

is it me or did they get rid of the little nubby thing (door latchy thinger) thats left over after the door pillar removal?

What does "not enough lip on rear tires" mean?

He means the tires/wheels are not wide enough. Look at the Ebay pics - the fenders are out more than the wheels. That is wack.

So next time you get wide body fenders, remember to match it up with appropriate sized wheels.

Are you serious?

widebody fenders = fenders. That are wide. That attach to the body of the car.

Falling, I am gonna forgive you for this question, b/c I like you. In the time you asked, you could have googled or searched nico.

AS for the guages - that's what it looks like in the pics....kinda tight. I like it - but I wouldn't do it. Probably a wiring headache if you ask me...

gauges is spelled au not ua..

anyway yes its gay.

to the guy with the most retarded questions..you rock!

also. the car should been done simple as this..

full suspension, 2way lsd, front end conversion, bride interior with takatas, roll bar/harness bar in rear, much better rims and of course SWAP THE DAMN ENGINE thats about it.. then i would buy it. oh ya and you gotta rivet or bolt on the rear wide fenders never mold or make smooth

I just read the thread in the reg 240 forum about this car...jeez. It's good to see that we vert owners have a bit more maturity (although, I am not one to talk ).

The digital ones are on Dakota Digital.com they are plug and play to the current set-up you lose all the Brake light engine light stuff

Only the ones that don't currently match would need special sending units and a little more install. but all of them are under 2 hours. the hards part is making the new cluster

I felt the price was maching of good set-up no Autozone stuff.

Congrats and welcome dude. For 15k, that car is worth it if you factory in all the items that went into it - and if you decided to sell off some unnecessary pieces you don't need, then that would make the deal sweeter.

Again, welcome. I'm about 15 minutes away from Philly - so don't be shy. Hope to see you soon at E-town on the 26th.

Unfortunately I will not be at E-town on the 26th. I graduated college in may, and am finally taking a well deserved family vacation July 22-29th. I will definately make it to any other meet up, show or event for the rest of the summer after that vacation, just keep me in the loop. The car works perfectly for me since my dads company Active Performance Cooling built the radiator and intercooler, the car will be in some of our advertisements and will be in our booth at many shows including SEMA.

We attend both philly and vegas. We have been at the last 2 in philly and vegas and will be at all future ones. I look forward to meeting all you guys there or any other event. Since i am a 240sx lover we currently have some s13 and s14 products and are looking to develop some of the RB series.

Wow, that is one aftermarket rich, dog and pony show of a 240. I must say though, there is sweet custom fabrication work. I would love to get my hands on some measurements like for the gauge cluster, pods, and anything else not shown in the photos. I'd be willing to bet if you mass produced some replica parts from this project, there would be a nice aftermarket demand for some of those things; especially with some good English instructions.

Ok, so did this meet the reserve price or not. I'm confused here.

Plus.... $40k worth of electronics and work... and didn't convert to DCC?? What's up with that?
