94 convertible rear light options?

I can't quite work out what would fit the convertible.

Like the idea of these, not for this price but these ones

So the White instead of Amber

With the top part the whole light all the way across if I could get the matching red to the other lights.

The pictures I've seen look a bit crap because the light is slightly different.

It seems you may be talking about the jspec rear tail lights and center panel, available from most Z32 parts sources but also at the same cost everywhere- exorbitantly high for a cosmetic-only mod. There are knockoffs around and other DIY options all of which do not look as good or work as well as the OEM jspec units, and are still fairly costly.
Unfortunately they are the only rear light mod I am aware of, unless others have come along I am unaware of. I also like the look of the jspec unit and felt I wanted it, but have over time decided to not do the mod myself due to unrealistic price and the truly low level of change it makes to the car.
