94 California q45

Is it the same as the federal (all other states), Or does the California model have less HP? Because of emissions.

Emissions usually don't affect WOT performance because it is exempt from testing, only idle and under 3,000 rpm cruise are mandated.

The precats and cats are identical in all states.

What happen was Nissan redesigned all US engines to meet California standards in 1994 thus a tiny drop across all 1994 vs 90-93.
