94 Altima wont start

hi all here is the problem. my 94 altima wont start it hass all electronic parts working but when i go to turn it on nothing happens, no signs of engine triing to start.this seems wierd, any idea??

do the dash lights come on when you turn the key to the on position? more info would be helpful.

Hi all just wanted to update this post.My wife got AAA to tow her 94 altima to her friends mechanic who cleaned something, she's is not sure what it was but it only cost her $15 i will ask her again what the mechanic did, to see if she remembers.Yes the lights stayed on when key was in on position i even had 1 of those portable jump starter packs hooked up to it and the lights always stayed on but just did not start. It was weird. Thank You for your reply.
