94 Altima Noise at idle

I just picked up a 94 nissan altima with 109000 miles. There's a very strange noise coming from the right side of the valve cover. (The timing chain side) The car drives fine and there's no power loss. The sound goes away when the idle increases. If anybody has heard of this please let me know. Thanks.
