Alright, well about a week ago i changed the struts and oem spring on my 300 to tein s-techs and kyb's. and on my way to work after leaving the shop, some bastard tried to merge into my lane and caused me to curb it:/
i destroyed the right rear lower control arm, wheel and bent the toe control arm.

im not a mechanic, just a mechanically inclined 18 year old haha but i managed to take the toe control arm and lower control arm off no problem.

i did some research on the godspeed adjustable suspension pieces and found that they arnt to bad for a short period of time so i bought them.

the problem im having is the installation. the toe control arm went on fine but it seems like when i put the two top bolts in that the bolt that goes in the hub (when facing the hub) isnt far enough right. ive tried jacking the hub part up to get a better angle but no avail, any suggestions?

Are you sure you didn't bend anything else when you hit the curb? And are you tightening the bolts as you put them on? If so, you need to put all the bolts on loosely, then when they're all in tighten em up.

I eventually got it on but it felt a bit sway-y in the back so I babied it to a shop and they said I had it on fine just not tightened enough hahaha. My friend had to take back his impact wrench and I was left with hand tools and 106 degree weather lol

I know this is old, but I need to give it a shot. I did the exact same thing and I'm trying to install the rear LCA's but i seem to be missing parts. The old LCA had a tapered fit where the ball joint connected the knuckle, so I used the cone spacer in the tapered fit. However, this caused the nuts to run out of thread. So i talked to the tech's at godspeed and they told me that the cone spacer is inverted. But this leaves nothing to fit in the tapered section of the knuckle. Am I missing parts? Or what's going on?
