93 vert hurting

my 93 vert is running rough, smoking blue(mean oil leak) from tailpipe. compression dry test showed cyl. 1,2 around close to 200, 3 was a little lower, and 4 was at 50wet test show nuthin, by goin to do it again torrmowleak down test show cyl 4 at 80% leak, couldnt hear the air goin anywhere. coolant green, see no milk shake.just lookin for some help what to do nexti'm at a lost really want to find out whats wrong with the car, by at the same time thinkin about replacing the enigne

i say its time for a rebuild and a 5 speed swap if neccesary. trust me its worth it. mine had similar issues and after i rebuilt it. i got all my horses back (130 whp if you want to know) and great mpg
