93 s13 with rb20det

so i recently got a 93 s13 coupe with a rb20det. mods that i know of are fmic,full exhaust,bov and running a rb25 turbo. this is my first rb20 car ive drove or rode in and to me it feels extremely sluggish in the way that you can floor it from a stop and doesnt really boost until round 5-6k. feels strong in boost and is running about 12psi. no tune that i know of. i own three other turbo cars and all seem to boost alot quicker than this. i have been doing alot of research and have done the obvious, set tps in range, spark plugs are new and suppose to be running a walboro 255lph. one thing i fixed today was the previous owner had the maf on backwards. any suggestions on what else to check would be great. no boost leaks or vaccum leaks that i have found either.

by chance anyone know where to find a ecu pinout so I can actually try testing everything the ecu is reading?

so I finally found a link to the fsm for the rb20det, verified so far the tps is correct adjustment, coolant temp sensor is reading correct at the ecu, maf is reading correct at the ecu. next will be to install a wideband to see just how rich it is running.
