93 s13 wire issues neeeeed help

ok guys i need a little help here, i have an s13 with the hud that doesnt work, go figure huh?, but i was testing some wires on it and managed to ground my constant hot, so now nothing interior works unless the key is on, even managed to fry my radio. Now the odd thing to me is i didnt pop any fuses.

i still have the constant hot on the ignition

and didnt seem to blow my 75a main fuse

any insight please

whats not working that should be working when the key is off? head lights? interior lights ? fusible links can go and appear to be good. you have to inspect or test

the seatbelts, clock, domelights, and im sure there maybe a couple other things i havent noticed yet, but by seat belts wont retract eitherway unless its in the on position, the clock resets itself everytime i take out the key, and the dome light only work when the key is in on the "on" position
