Have a bit of a problem. I previously had a problem with my 93 S13(95KA24De) not starting up due to a bad fuel pump. Now I have a new problem. When I start the car, it idles fine but it slowly dies after or when I press on the gas it coughs up and then dies. Could it be a bad fuel injector or some other thing? If you guys have any idea/ideas, please let me know. I'll provide a video of the car if I have to...

Base timing set, spark plug gap, fuel pressure all within spec?

Spark plugs are all new. And fuel pressure is good so I thiught it could be the MAF sensor. Started the car and unplugged the sensor and it stayed idle but when I hit on the throttle, it starts to die. So my hypothesis came down to bad MAF, possible throttle sensor? or bad timing set. If you guys have any other ideas please let me know. Ill be checking for these things tomorrow.

Set/Check your timing before jumping to things that cost $$. Maybe try some maf cleaner as well.

Check the 75a fuse for the alternator in your engine bay fuse box, or check the alternator itself, make sure the tensioner pulley is tight, and all connections are clean and tight.
