I had the notorious bogging problem for a year....I replaced everything. turned out to be timing the whole time.
Just replace parts as you can afford it, start with a timing light. most likey the Ignition coil ,and distributor ( there is your codes), then cap ,rotor, plugs ,wires. your fuel pump could be going out if so go with a REAL walbro 255 ( but I would do that last). also if you replace those with no luck it COULD be the ignition transistor chip ( on the coil ) rare but I've heard of it with bogging. besure to test sensors with a volt meter especially the MAF and TPS go ahead and replace the coolant temp sensor ( i hear it can cause bog too)and check for vacuum leaks, etc etc etc
Just follow the EC section of the FSM
