93 S13 KA into 96 S14 Shell

Ok guys and gals, need some help/info. I'm looking at a '96 240SX that has a bad engine, spun rod bearings. I currently have a full race version KA but its out of a '93 S13.

My question, can I use all sensors from the '96 KA on my '93 engine? I know one is OBDII and the other is OBDI but I dont know if this is possible. I had planned on usin the '96 KA harness and sensors but didnt know if the ecu was going to hiccup when I use the '93 engine.

I just finished up my friends S13 SR20DET swap into '92 coupe and he's paying me with a car and engine. I really don't want to tare apart my race built engine, unless its necessary.

Please let me know as this would save me a lot of money.

you should be able to run your engine in the car, but some plugs are different, the S14 does not have swirl control. you would be better off just using the long block and swapping a S14 intake manifold. you just have to use the S14 harness and ecu

The engine itself will be just fine, but as ncampos976 stated, I would swap the intake manifold.
