Ok so I had gutted my interior and the exterior for the most partI am painting it...well anyways I wanted to do a compression check last night so I pulled the fuel pump fuse and was gonna pull the plugs but I decided I would try to see if it had a good battery still. I tried it and nothin. I had forgotten that I had the negative terminal unplugged because I pulled the doors. I didnt want the battery to be drained by anything. Hooked the terminal back on. The little light where my clock is flashes with the ignition in the on position. My headlamp relay activates and back off again repeatedly unless I put them up. It doesnt even try and crank. What sucks is I am just now getting to the painting and I dont wanna have to work on anything else until I am done.
My thoughts are that something I had unplugged is a safety switch...anybody know what it could be?
I am attaching a picture I think never done it before. I cant find anything during a search for gutted interior and if I do wont start I will get a million noob posts.

probably got something else while you were pulling and ripping stuff. Only plug I can think of that would keep your car from starting would be the switch at your clutch pedal or if your car were in some other position other than P if you've an auto.
hate to say it, but at 46 posts albeit almost 400 days is still somewhat noobish to me and to write off results and possibilities from a search function as "noob posts" seems somewhat snobbish otherwise.

See I didnt rip anything out just removed all of it. Already checked clutch pedal switch. The doors are removed and the hardness is pulled through. The seats are out...the only thing left is the dash, pedals, Ebrake, and gas tanks\hatch release.
As far as me being snobbish or what not sorry if it came off that way , but think about it or do it type wont start and hit search. I work on cars all the time. As you can tell if you got to the pics on my myspace. Then try another keyword like interior or gutted and it comes up with nothing. Now you may consider me a noob that doesnt bother me. I dont post much because usually the info is out there. I had trouble this time and posted up. I appreciate your insight though. If you have any other ideas please let me know.
