For starters- I'm a newb, hi, (joined this and Zilvia.net back in 2015 for research purposes) and this is my first post. Hope to learn a mess of things from you guys and return the favor with time!

The juicy appetizers- Like the title indicates, I'm planing to do some chopping and swapping with these 3 cars. I'll post some proper threads (mad pics, learned lessons, updates, ect.) for each one when I really start getting into the dirty work. Here just I'm listing a quick breakdown of plans with these ladies and little back story.
Suggestions, tips, opinions, and such are all extremely welcomed and appreciated! Good or bad. I'm always open to more insight and thoughts.

1993 S13 SE Vert (The passion build)- Going drift missile with some serious power. LSX powerhouse paired with a CD00A transmission, shop fabricated exhaust system with electric dumps, Z32 5 lug conversion (well of course!), WRX/EvoX brake kit conversion, full body roll cage, and debating on just welding stock diff or changing it to an R200. Lot more things going on here but they're mostly minor details.
I've had this S13 sitting on a flatbed since I got it a year ago. Been reading, watching, asking, searching, and researching like my life depends on it during that time. Finally ready to start building. I'm probably going to be coming here A LOT for advice and guidance during this build.

2003 350Z Touring (The revival or compassion build)- So this car is a pretty tragic story, so far... I stumbled across this Z at a parts yard about 2 hours from where I live. After some asking, I find out that she was in a really bad wreck that hospitalized the passenger under critical condition, driver was killed instantly.
Long story short, I saved the car from getting dismantled and parted out and I'm hoping to make her fly again; in memory of the kid that lost his life.
I barely got this car two weeks ago, so I'm still very unclear on how but I want to make her a track dominator like Nissan designed the Z's to do, but better. Enter the-

2008 350Z (The Hero/ organ donor) This Z is basically a perfectly timed gift from the Petrol Gods. The 2003 wrecked in the front where the 2008 rolled. The idea is to take the entire front end, motor, front suspension, and cab interior from this 08' and put it all in the 03'. If you're wondering, "why the interior?", it's because the int from the 08' isn't completely covered in blood.
Our lovely S13 is going to receive the transmission and possibly the rear suspension with diff from this donor. Don't know if all the rear stuff will fit the vert with some modifications or if it's more trouble than it's worth, yet. I pick up this fella in two days.

So there's a bit more information than what was necessary, sorry about that, but that's the gist of things. The Vert is the one I'm spending the most time and effort (and money :gapteeth: ) on. Going to do pretty much ALL of the work myself with some help from a couple shop buddies and an amazing mentor. Hoping that constructing this S13 from the ground up into, at least, an entry level Fromula D machine will help give me some of what I need to enter that same profession. I know-I know-I know but if you're going to turn a dream into a breathing living reality, you might aswell go big and ridiculous, right?
If you get deja-vu with this post it's because I'm also putting this on another forum or two.
I'm extremely passionate about these projects and I hope I can give you guys and the Petrol Gods another 240SX to be proud of!

Damn, crazy story bro! Hope the car comes back to life and the kid up there gets to see another tire peeling, smoke producing monster of a build! Good luck with everything

You must have a big shop to work in... but do you have a small camera to share pictures with? Mega projects and no pictures is like walking on the moon. No one is sure it ever happened! I kid. Post something! :) With that many cars floating around, I figure just setting up your work area will be a challenge. Have fun!
