For the past few weeks my nissan has been giving me trouble shifting gears. But the odd thing is that it will do it for a day, and then for 3 or 4 days run just fine, go right into gear without accessive force. I have no idea, but it just seems that if its only doing it once in a while, then it probably has to do with something not getting fluid.... right? whether it be the clutch, transmittion, whathaveyou. i just changed the throwout bearing a couple months ago, so i doubt it would be that. plus its not making that weird noise when you push the clutch in, like if your throwout bearing was bad. Any suggestions before i go to some mechanic and just to get the labor out of me tells me that i need a new transmittion. cuz i just dont see that its the transmittion seeing that it only does it once in a while. Any info or opinions would be helpful and appreciated.

The easy answer would be that you have a bad slave cylinder. I don't know enough about the NX cars to know if it is cable-driven or not. I just replaced my slave cylinder on my 510 and it shifts SOOOOOO much better. To check it remove the dust boot on the slave and there should be no fluid dripping out. The piston should appear wet though if it is stuck out but then that just confirms that it needs to be replaced ($17). WARNING: Do NOT press the clutch pedal while the slave cylinder is detached from the transmission.

You're right about the throwout bearing though. You'd definitely hear/feel something for it to be the problem.
