93 Nissan Hardbody D21 2.4 L 2wd

Probblem: Cranks NO START. (There is no Spark, Fuel, and Injector pulse.)

Checked Battery, was bad. (Replaced)
Tested all fuses and fuseible links (Good)
Bench tested ECCS, and fuel pump relay (Good) But both relays dont click with key ON.
Jumped the fuel pump relay and fuel pump turned ON
Tested power at ignition coil (Good) but no switching
Used a noid light to check signal (No signal)
Checked timing belt (Good)
Tested the igntion switch (Good)
Visual inspect the pins and connector ECM and wires
Tested connector at ECM.
Pin1 Ignition signal 11.3v
Pin20 TPS 5.0v
Pin26 Air temp sensor 3.0v
Pin34 Start signal 10.8v
Pin35 neutral switch 0v
Pin36 ignition signal 12.3v
Pin 37 TPS power supply 5.1v
Pin 38&47 power for ECU 11.5v
Pin46 Back up power 12.4v
Pin101,103,110,112 Injector 12.4v
Pin 105 EGRC solenoid valve 12.3v
Pin 102 PAIRC solenoid valve 12.2v
Pin 104 Fuel pump relay 12.3v
PARTS REPLACED
Fuel Pump
Engine control module
Distributor assembly w/ crank sensor
Ignition coil
Ignition control module

After replacing the ECM i still have the same problem. At first i was so sure of myself that the computer was the problem but i thought wrong. Its been 3mouths since this happen and the truck was running the day before. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

There must be an open somewhere in one of the harnesses. Have you disconnected the ECM harness and checked for continuity? At 19 years old the wires become rather brittle and can cause opens that are difficult to trace.

Also, how did you check the timing belt, the 2.4L doesn't have a belt. Is the distributor timed properly with the crankshaft?

To me it sounds like as if the ECU isn't picking up a signal from the distributor, doesn't know that it is turning.

Have you checked ALL of the ECU grounds? Also I would add a few more if I were you. Is the distributor getting a reference voltage?

I know it's been a year since Hawian808 posted this, I'd really like to know if he ever fixed the problem. I have the EXACT same problem with my 90 D21. If your out there, let me know if you found anything please!!
