I tried my best to search and couldn't come up with anything. The truck runs great but sometimes it takes a couple tries or a few seconds for the engine to turn. It seems random, but i think it happens mostly after the truck has run recently. Any help would be appreciated.

Almost like the starter is having a hard time turning it over?

Start by making sure your battery isn't on its way out. Then check battery cables for corrosion and tightness. You could have a bad connection somewhere causing excessive resistance. Start simple and work your way up. Once you confirm the cables I would turn my sights on the starter and so on.

Cool, thanks for the ideas the battery looks (as the owner told me it was) relatively new....and as far as i can see no corrosion on the cables really. So i guess i should somehow diag the starter...anyone know how to do this?
