93 Nissan 240SX wont idle correctly, were do I start checking

93 nissan 240sx taken out of storage last weekend. wouldnt start at first.checked plugs (OK), checked coil (OK), checked distributor (OK), checked injectors (seem OK). Still wouldnt start. Worked backwards found out fuel pump was stuck, because it had sat for close to a year. Put new gas, started first time, how ever, now it idles very rough, almost wants to stall, and there is alot of smoke coming out the tail pipe. I pulled spark plugs and all had black soot on them. I cleaned them again, checked gap (.43) and put them back in. Still runs rough, almost a miss. What or where do I start checking.
