93 nissan 240sx runnin like CRAP ((HELP)) please

I just bought a 93NIssan 240sx coupe and it only gets more strange from here. Plug one had oil on the top portion so I bought and installed a valve cover gasket. Upon doing so I found that the only valve cover gasket that fit was for a 95 motor. NO PROBLEM.... so i put it on, but the motor still has problems.

When I start the car it run's okay for a few seconds, then when I give it gas it hesitates or bogs then it runs okay after Im driving. However when Im stopped it idles really really rough like its going to die. Then when I hit the gas again it bogs and the cycle is repeated.

I took off and cleaned the AII valve, bought the NGK/R plugs as the manufacturer reccomends, changed the cap, but still having this problem.

Can anyone here offer me some much needed guidance.
