93 maxima sputters

I have a 93 max .It sputters on take off & backfires through the intake. When you go down the road it kind of feels like it's starving for gas. Fuel pressure is good , new fuel filter,new cap rotor,wires,plugs & tps. Air flow meter went out so thats new too. this has been going on for about a year the previouse owner replaced the fuel injectors 6 months ago. he's a freind & we're both chrysler techs. But this one has got us. no codes in the ecm. I'm thinking injector puse on time is to short causing a lean condition.I can't read the o2 no cable not OBD COMPAT. frustrated techs should not have bad running cars
