93 KA24DE Rebuild Issues!

I'm rebuilding my 240sx and I want to make sure I dont skip and thing like soaking the injectors while they are out for example. Since I have the complete motor broken down and I dont wanna go back and have to take it apart if I miss something could you guys help? I know all of the basics to a rebuild I just have not rebuild a KA before. Maybe certin parts wear out more in a KA than other motors. Any advise would be great since Im running out of time. I'd say, replace the oil pump and all the timing chains.

Well thank you for replying. I have a new complete timing set however finding a decent deal on an oil pump has been rough does anyone have any suggestions? I have run into a problem which is keeping me from moving on with my rebuild, I hope someone can help!!!!! I was told my block is missing (now dont hate on me cause I cannot find out the name to these things!) the oil squirters inside the bottom of each cylinder. They look like little bathroom fixtures and apparently I dont have them. I dont know how this could have happened. The full service manual does not even list them. Any help guys???????

So the parts counter at Nissan has no idea what Piston Oil Jets are I know the part is not listed for a 93 240 with a KA24DE but he could have found it if I somehow did online. However I guess I am stuck to having to get everything from the junkyard.

So have you found the oil jets yet? If not let me know I might have a few extra laying around.
