93 Ka with 97 transmission having more issues, wtf

Well I finally got my car back together after some transmission issues, now I'm having a different problem with the transmission.

After driving for awhile and letting everything warm up I completely lost 1st and 2nd gear, awesome right?

I just disassembled the transmission and its only officaially got about ~90k miles on it, all the syncros are good, the only minor issue I had was that the fifth gear selector was kinda sticky.

Strangely right after I had shifted into 5th is when 1st and 2nd went out.

Anybody have any ideas, I know transmission q's don't usually get answered here but i thought it was worth a try before I pull the transmission out again, which I'm not looking forward to.
