93 ka bogs after i shut off

After i turn the key to off, the car stays on for a little and shakes bogs then finally turns off. rarely when i start it, it will bog and die.I try it again and it starts right up but once i turn it off it will shake and sound like its bogging and then turn off. Any help would be appreciated thanks
