My '93 J30T keeps blowing the AntiSkid fuse. I tried as big a fuse as a 20, but no love... it blows that too. As a result now, the windows and sunroof won't work. the rest of the car is fine though.

the fuse gets blown a little after the engine is running. When I change the fuse with engine off, it won't get burned. The windows and sunroof will work just fine, whereas, 5 minutes into driving I cannot operate them anymore. The fuse is blown by then.

Strangely enough, the windows fuses in in the fuse box are intact. They do not get burned...

So I am guessing now there is some sort of a connection betweek the antiskid and the windows in the wiring pattern. I have the service manual but I am not too good at reading wiring diagrams. My electrical physics classes were a long time ago in my high school days...

Any help will be appreciated.

The NUMBER ONE RULE is to NEVER use a larger fuse than the design calls for since fuses are already TWICE the normal current draw............thus you would often just burn more circuits and cause more damage.

Start looking visually...as mentioned, don't use larger fuses. There is a short somewhere in the system that is blowing the fuse..
