93 J30 with the front passenger window stuck in the down pos

I have a 93 J30 with the front passenger window stuck in the down position.

I removed the inside door panel.

I tried to push the window up by hand but it won’t move.

I can’t afford to fix it right now. Can someone tell me how I can push it up (then I’ll prop it up so it won’t slam back down)

Youll need to pull the window from the top with your hand while using the switch to bring it up.

Oh, sorry, I meant to add that it's stuck down because the switch doesn't work. No clicking or humming sound. Just quit working after I rolled it down..

if you truly think the switch is bad, bypass it...run a jumper wire from before the switch to after the switch...that should allow you to put the window in the up position...or run a wire from battery to the window motor....

i would remove the door panel , disconnect the window's motor connection to the window relay. them get a 12v or 18 volts drill battery connect 2 from the battery to the actual motor's wires plug. if the motor still good the window will move reverse wires for opposite direction . if motor dont move - well them there are 2 screws holding the window's glass to the regulator loosen those 2 the pull the window from up and out. hope this helps
