93' J30 Trunk, door and alarm issues!!!

My J30 has been giving me some trouble recently, my trunk has a problem not closing properly, I don't even hear the clicking anymore like when it use to close correctly and the alarm now goes off, also my passenger door is not opening properly either. The door will not open from the drivers side switch, and I have to actually go outside the car to open the passenger door, it cannot open manually from the inside. Please, does anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing these problems!!

Quite a few years ago I removed and disassembled the trunk lock actuator motor, trimming a few teeth off of one of the gears inside to prevent its' over-rotation. Since then I've still used a key to open the trunk, more often than the armrest mounted button.

If the trunk, hood or a door aren't closed, the alarm system can't be set and I believe once it's triggered, all switches need to be made before things can be turned off by using a key in one of the door locks.

Ended up being the door lock actuator on the passenger side of the car, I was able to snatch one from a 97 J30 at the local junkyard! Thank you for your help!
