93 J30 Steering

The J w/now 122K miles has began giving an odd feeling in steering. When steering is adjusted to go straight and the road is just right to give little pull from the left or right I can feel very slight tugs in the steering wheel going from left to right very quickly. It is only detectable when no force is needed to keep the car straight and the PS pump is needed to apply force.Am I looking at a bushing that needs to be replaced?

Possibly as I have yet to have those replaced.
