93' J30 Rear Hub Bolt Size?

I was wondering if anyone knows the bolt size on the rear wheel hub of a 93' j30 and also if the bolt size is the same on the s13. Im go back to the junkyard and pick up some j30 rear axles i saw and i wanna make sure i take the right socket for the job.

Are you talking about the hub or the nut on the axle? The hub is held on with 17mm bolts the axle nut is either a 32mm or 36mm.

Isn't the nut in the middle the nut for the axle? info please

It's not a 32, might be a 36mm. I used a 1 1/2" socket and got it off just fine. It was a little bigger than it needed to be, but it didn't strip the nut and I didn't have to go spend 20 bucks for a 36mm socket

Good to know, but once I take out the nut in the middle the axle should come out right

Yes axle will come out, its only held in by nut on the hub side. You may have to hammer it out depending on rust. If you have to hammer it put a nut on the first few threads so you dont mess the threads up.
