'93 J30 rattle/vibration

Here's the details...

Coming from right front.

Only happens under braking.

Can feel it through steering wheel and brake pedal.

Can also hear/feel it at slow speeds when going over speed bumps or into driveway.

Raised car and inspected - nothing appears/feels loose.

At speed, car is smooth. Turns are smooth. Car handles well.

Only vibe/rattle when under normal braking - in a straight line. If I brake too hard or top soft, it is mitigated.

Also can feel like rotor is out of balance. But I did have rotors turned during last brake job - probably 18 months ago.

This problem started about 8 months ago.

Any ideas?

Most likely caused by worn struts, but this sort of reaction can be exacerbated by other-than-stock-size wheels, worn tires, and of course play in wheel bearings and the myriad of joints and struts under there. A good front-end shop can probably spot your trouble in five minutes.
