I came across a j30 lsd with only the half shafts and no axels and was wondering what it would take to get the j30 to work in my s13 pumpkin using all of my s13 stuff.

If I put the j30 internals in the s13 pumpkin can i use my s13 shafts in it?

Output shafts will not work ....unless your diff is already a vlsd. You can use your s13 housing, ring and pinion and install the j30 guts to the ring gear. You will use the s13 shims that go against the bearings ....do not mix them up. Also you will need j30 axles.the only other axles that will work is a 300zx driver side axle installed on your passenger side. If you use the DS z32 axle on your PS make sure to buy a 300zx PS axle seal and install it into your nuckle. The j30 axles seal like the 240 axles so they are a direct swap. If you can find 95-96 j30 output shafts you can use your stock axles. Also it IS NOT possible to make a hybrid axlewith a j30/240sx axle....I tried. Let me know if I missed anything.
