93 j30 help license plate lights don't work

Im new to the site I just picked up a 93 j30 I'm very happy with it I just changed all my interior lights to LEDs. So I go to change some exterior bulbs but all of the lights work except for the darn license plate ones any ideas if a fuse could be the problem.

Have you checked the fuse?

Is a specific fuse for the liscense plate lights ?
I checked the tail lamp fuse under the hood and the fuse panel on the driver side
