93 fluid specs

I cant find the fluid specs for my 5 speed and rear end with a KA, does anybody have them?

I think they are in our free-to-members, downloadable factory service manual. If I could remember where to find the link I would post it.

75W90 GL4 for the trans ( the GL4 part is IMPORTANT - Use GL4 only.)
75w90 or 80w90 GL5 for the rear.
