afternoon guys. Got my parts car (92 Q from FLA) 2 months back and its in alot better shape than my 93. Did a once over on everything and is good except the transmission is shot and the risk of the bad chain guides. Going to do an engine swap since the 93 has some front end damage and it will be less time to do the swap rather than trying to find body parts for the 93 since i have a whole new car. Any difference from the 92 to the 93 engine or transmission wise?

Nothing material, unless one has TCS and the other doesn't. Always use 1993 TCU as it has 1st gear start. EGR temp sensor possible depending on state of first sale.?

Both Florida cars. One from palm beach the other from orlando. No tcs. I got the engine pulled from the original already. I haven't run into anything different on either besides the intake on the 92. Busted 2 knuckles so im putting it aside for a few weeks. will post some pics when it is done.

Be sure to rehabilitate the engine before you install it. Much easier while it is out.
