93 Electronic to 89 analog gauge swap

today i had switched the gauges and the wiring harness from a 1989 kae to my 1993 kade i don't think it should be that much of a difference cause of the motors but my electronic speed-o didn't work any more and i tried everything to get it to work so i just gave up and changed it to the analog gauges now the speed-o works but my rpm's don't move and my blinkers aren't working but the rpm gauge was working on the other cluster so im kinda stumped. and i tried allot i took the cluster apart and seen nothing wrong with it and the wiring is all right so if anyone has any advice for me i would appreciate it.
