Car: 1993 Nissan D21 4 cyl Base

Post

Hey everyone.
I'm praying someone can help because I am getting nothing and I'm tired of spending money to fix this dang thing. I have a 93 D21 Base with a 4 cyl motor. When I put the key in I get nothing, no radio, dash lights, wipers, blower, nothing. So I have replaced the fusible links, relays, ignition switch and I'm getting nothing. I've checked my wiring and I know that my Black/Blue wire and Black/White wire are the two main power wires that control the ignition and lead to the fuse panel in the truck. I have checked them at the ignition switch and I get no power. When I move down to the fuse panel, the reading that I get is .65 when I should be showing what the battery is putting out. I'm not sure what to look at next and at this point I'm brain dead on fixing it. Anyone else have anything that I should try?

Check the wires that go to the starter. Make sure the wires are making good contact. A bad starter solenoid will also do this. Check the ground wire at the engine block. May not have a good ground. Take a test light and see if you have power at the alternator. Auto or manual transmission?
