Hey there,

Not trying to be a smart guy here, but have you checked the fuse panel? It should be labelled as to which fuses are for what. I'm guessing the fuse panel would be located somewhere on the lower left portion of the driver's side dash panel.

There could also be a relay located somewhere. Does your owner's manual say anything?

Do the rest of the windows work?

Do you mean you can move the passenger side window up and down manually (without power)?

So, from the driver's side, you can operate the pass. side window but not from the pass. side, right? This sounds like a switch/wiring issue on the pass. side.

Where is the switch for the sunroof that isn't working. Driver's or pass. side, or center console?

Okay, that makes sense. I don't imagine power windows are a fuse problem, 'cause then none of the windows would work. Now, the sunroof may have it's own fuse - - still worth a look.

Depending how familiar you are with electrical testers, you could run some simple tests on the switches (if you can pull them out).

First off you could unplug the switch and use a 12v tester just to make sure there is a live wire running into the switch (just make sure the ignition is in the "on" position - - or the position that actually sends power to the windows). You could also run a continuity test through the switch to see if the switch is good. If all these check out, then the problem is further downstream.

Just some thoughts - make sense?

Well, actually sometimes it can, but that's the way we learn.

Have fun with it though. The worst thing you can really do when testing these types of things is blow a fuse, but I doubt that'll happen with the things you're testing.

Keep us informed.
