Im looking to buy a 93 se convertible for a really good price - about 3 Gs less than blue book. 92k miles. im going to go look at it tomorrow and she says theres nothing wrong with it and shes selling it because she wants a big new car for her dog.... anyways, i dont know much about the convertibles except that they are heavy, flexi, and only come in automatics. these are all major turn offs for me since ive been dreaming about a black manual fastback for a while now. what do you guys/gals think and if theres anything else i should know about the convertibles. im thinking of buying it for the summer and just selling it for profit or whenever i happen to come across the future sylvia conversion of my wet dreams.

It's extremely hard to get rid of the convertibles. ; ( I don't know if you'd be able to sell it for a profit to anyone around here, generally they're extremely cheap from private owners or extremely expensive from dealers. : ( Good Luck!

dealer value on a 93 is low, especially at 70k+ miles. The only places that sell those are smaller, lower end dealers which won't pay you very much anyways. : ( Unless you're getting hte car for like 1000 dollars you probably won't get your money back out of it.
