93 altima exhaust cam the same as 91 exhaust cam???

i was wondering if a 93 altima was the same as a 91 240sx exhaust cam...can anyone help m out

No.

It will fit in your 240SX motor, but it does not have the same lift/duration. The alignment dowel is probably not in the correct place either.
