93 Altima, electrical question!

Just picked up a 93 Altima GXE for a relative. The dome light, wipers, power mirror, and blower motor don't work. Could it all be related to a single electrical issue?

Assuming all fuses are okay (will check tomorrow when there's more light), where do I look next down the stream for electrical problems?

Is there a working radio in the car?

The radio doesn't turn on, but the lights on the buttons and such come on at night.

And more: The radio comes on until you start the car. Once the car is started, the radio turns off and does not come on again.

Check the radio wiring, there's some weird thing where the interior lighting is tied into the radio power oir a fuse or something.

Pull the radio and make sure there aren't any loose wires.

The dome light bulb was loose, fixed that. The radio only works in ACC mode but not when the vehicle is running. We just removed the radio, which made no difference.

I yanked and reinserted the wiper fuse, and now we have wipers.

Maybe its just a dead blower? The climate control unit works -- when switching modes I can hear the blend door moving.

Is there an easy place to probe a meter and test if the blower is dead?
